We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Grand
Canyon and we are so glad we rented our
equipment from the Western Wanderer. You
made our trip so easy and thought of everything
we needed. Also, because we rented our
equipment from you we found out about Zion
National Park and added it to out itinerary.
Thanks again for all of your help and we will be
back this fall again to rent some equipment for
our trip back to the Grand Canyon and Zion .

Western Wanderer had everything we needed for our 9 day adventure. It
was extremely convenient to fly in to Las Vegas, drive to Boulder City
to pick up our camping gear at Western Wanderer, and get on the road.
We were very impressed with the superb condition of the camping gear and
the incredible value. We traveled from Las Vegas to Montana and back,
camped in 4 national forests, hiked in 9 different national parks and
covered 2500 in miles and the camping gear from Western Wanderer made it
possible!
We look forward to seeing you again soon!

My friend and I were extremely pleased with the service Western Wanderer
gave us for our recent trip to Grand, Bryce, Glen, and Zion Canyons and a
"unique" place called the Valley of Fire. The website was easy to find and
use; prices were reasonable; equipment is high quality, compact, and fun to
use; and communication prior to our trip was frequent and most helpful,
especially with itinerary, maps, and phone numbers for campgrounds.
My friend and I were extremely pleased with the service Western Wanderer
gave us for our recent trip to Grand, Bryce, Glen, and Zion Canyons and a

Jennifer also helped us load the equipment and ready the rented SUV for a
sleeping space in back. We appreciate being asked for suggestions on how to
improve the service in the small ways only regular campers would know.

country, and keep costs down. For us living outdoors for a week is far
superior to being in motels and your company made that both possible and
delightful!

The help from Western Wanderer was superb. We hired a basic camping
package for our trip around the Grand Canyon and we are so glad we did.
The basic package has everything you need for camping. we managed to have
a few days walking around the rim with our campsite only a few miles
away. An excellent way to see America and I certainly would use Western
wanderer again. Thanks again for all your help.

As we already told you when handing back the camping gear,
your gear was great in every aspect. Not only that we had
everything we needed up to the smallest details, it was also of
very good quality – even snow and storm proof as we ended up
in a thunderstorm with snow, very strong and gusty winds and an
extreme drop in temperature (below zero Celsius). The tent
withstood the weather very well – not so the occupants, that’s
why we gave up after a few days already. We ARE pampered
couch potatoes, I’m afraid. ;)

It might seem odd that I am sending in feedback years after our trip, but I have never
forgotten the service provided by Western Wanderer. I have to admit I had never heard of
renting camping equipment before so I was a little apprehensive, but from the reservation
to the final drop off we couldn't have been more pleased. Also - what a surprise to receive
a card from you over the holiday! This little touch shows not only do you really care about
your customers, but that you are interested in maintaining the relationship! Beyond the
equipment, you also made a FANTASTIC lunch recommendation - and we still talk about
that burrito! You really have a great company, we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Renting camping gear from Western
Wanderer turned out to be a great discovery.
I am so glad I couldn't find an RV to rent and
turned to Western Wanderer instead. From
the start, Jennifer and Lex were extremely
helpful in suggesting optional itineraries and
were always accessible by phone or email.
Friendly and professional, the whole WW
experience helped make my family's camping
trip a total success from Bryce to Lake Powell
to the Grand Canyon to Zion.

we rented from Western Wanderer was top quality and you left out nothing!
