Monument Valley has been
the backdrop for numerous
Hollywood Movies including
2001: A Space Odyssey,
Easy Ricer, Once Upon a
time in the West, Forrest
Gump and Thelma & Louise -
to name a few.
What makes Monument
Valley so special? The other
wordly scenery. The
massiveness of it all. The
starkness of this region. And
perhaps the thoughts of the
Indians that have called this
area home for hundreds of
years.
